2. Return and Exchange Process

Our customer service will review your application within 1-3 working days and provide a return address and related instructions.
After the review is passed, you need to send the product back to the designated return address:

(3) Return and exchange processing
Exchange: We will process the exchange within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned product and arrange for the new product to be shipped.
